The home and expansive grounds are available for exclusive use, which allows the whole estate to be rented for one day or an entire weekend. It features indoor dining capacity of 200+ guests and an outdoor party tent can accommodate an additional 300+ people.
Local catering services, including the LeRoy Country Club, offer high quality menus and food service. The LeRoyan at Mercy Grove also offers overnight accommodations—including a bridal suite in the east wing of the house—and an 18-hole golf course is located adjacent to the property.
